My overall experience with your company is very good. I wasn’t expecting that for a small device, a company would follow all the SOPs laid out for taking orders but I feel that this is going to be a successful company if they keep the same practices and professionalism that I had experienced.
Regarding the product, I couldn’t get the benefit for what I had ordered it in the first place as I think my headphone itself may not be working properly.
