We have easy return and refund procedure, please read the below points carefully before proceeding return request.
- Warranty is not applicable on electronic items. We test every electronic item before sending it to customer.
- Change of mind is also not applicable to return a product.
- Customer should return the product within 3 days if any issue with product.
- Please record a short video when opening your order as a proof in case to claim damage item, quantity shortage.
- In case of valid and approved return or claim request dcart.pk will not ask to return item via courier and dcart.pk will deposit defective, less item price into customer’s account.
- Customer will pay charges of return shipment at courier.
- Customer is responsible to return the product and any other courier charges.
- There is no restocking fee.
