We have easy return and refund procedure, please read the below points carefully before proceeding return request.

1. Warranty is not applicable on electronic items. We test every electronic item before sending it to customer.
2. Change of mind is also not applicable to return a product.
3. Customer can return the product within 7 days after the delivery If the item is defective/not defective. .
4. We accept the return/exchange if the item is still in packing or new condition.
5. Please record a short video when opening your order as a proof in case to claim damage item, quantity shortage.
6. In case of valid and approved return or claim request dcart.pk will not ask to return item via courier and dcart.pk will deposit defective, less item price into customer’s account.
7. Customer will pay charges to return shipment at courier.
8. Customer is responsible to return the product and any other courier charges.
9. There is no restocking fee.
10. Refund will be processed with in 7 days after the approval.
