The TP5100 Battery Charger Board is a compact, high-speed switching charger module designed to charge single-cell (1S / 4.2V) or double-cell (2S / 8.4V) lithium-ion and lithium-polymer batteries. Unlike older linear chargers like the TP4056 battery charging module, the TP5100 uses a buck-switching design that generates significantly less heat, delivers up to 2A fast charging current, and accepts a wider input voltage range from 5V to 15V.
