Product and Warranty:
dcart.pk will provide products to the valued customers in original conditions provided by the companies and we will not pack anything for the local shipment. The customer must be agreed to accept goods with packing provided by the manufacturer.
dcart.pk is not responsible for product warranty. In case of warranty please contact to the manufacturer of the product with valid documentation.
Purchase Policy:
Customer must be agreed with the dcart.pk to purchase goods under provided attributes, shipment policies, minimum stock, etc. dcart.pk have right to adjust order price or cancel the order without notification to customer.
Shipping Policy & Charges:
All orders placed with the COD (Cash on Delivery) Shipping/Payment method will be delivered via TCS Courier and other orders will be shipped with LCS courier.
Cash on Delivery Shipping Charges is Rs. 180 and Express Charges are Rs.100, Express Method, and FREE Shipping are only valid for online payments.
Shipping/Delivery Time:
All orders placed before 4 pm are shipped on the same day and are delivered within 24-36 hours in main areas/cities and 36-48 hours at other locations in Pakistan.
